The Killeavy Castle was a welcome treat while visiting Northern Ireland from the USA. Driving up to the grounds is spectacular with meticulous gardens and walking paths. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Look for the "specials" while booking! We enjoyed a lovely 3 course, farm to table, dinner as part of our special package.

Not the 5* experience we expected. Hugely disappointing. Extremely poor drinks selection, spa facilities could have been much better (outdoor hot tub was cool and the thermal pool was cold), the coffee machine was broken in the bistro and the coffee was cold. There are some very serious underlying issues within the hotel as you cannot charge 5* prices and not provide the experience. Staff were extremely nice and our meal was very nice but I would struggle to recommend it in its current state.

Do not stay in room 311. The smoke detector goes off when you use the hairdryer. The hotel know that this is a problem. The receptionist told me that this is a recurring problem. What was meant to be a lovely break, was ruined when the fire brigade turned up at the door. Afterwards, I had to crouch in a corner drying the rest of my hair. I have given feedback to the hotel. Written a few emails. All ignored. I have stayed in the hotel before. I will not return. Total waste of money. No a relaxing stay. Feel very aggrieved, particularly regarding ignored emails.

We have just returned from a mid-week break at Killeavy. The hotel is in a very peaceful location - perfect for a relaxing time. The staff were the most pleasant group of people from start to finish. Our room was very clean and luxurious. The food, both for breakfast and dinner, was top class. The spa area (hot tub/sauna etc) and treatments were also really good. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Killeavy to anyone who would like a really enjoyable couple of days 'away from it all'!

Had an amazing stay at Killeavy Castle Estate. The place is gorgeous, super peaceful, and the staff were lovely. Food was top-notch and the views around the estate are unreal. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature with the trails around the Estate.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. From arrival we were made to feel more than welcome. Rooms are beautiful, and breakfast in the morning was first class.

Killeavy castle hotel is beautiful. It is in a fabulous location and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was amazing, so much so that we were booked for dinner the first night as part of a package and ended up eating there the second night too. The spa area, although relatively small has everything you need and they limit the amount of people allowed in at once so it never feels crowded. I was there with my mum who has mobility issues but the grounds are beautiful so would be lovely to explore. I can't wait to return and would definitely recommend.

Very small spa which was overcrowded while we were there 14 people in total and we had to wait and take turns to use the jacuzzi and sauna. When there was 2 people in the large swimming pool swimming lengths there was no room for a third person. Hotel was lovely and very clean but the spa facilities let it down if that's what u want from your stay. The main course was delicious.
